Human Resources Manager


We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager (HRM) passionate about outstanding staff performance, inspired to motivate our team to achieve success through training and engagement, and diligent in compliance with regulations. The HRM is responsible for (1) directing all of the human capital functions of the bank by advising senior management in managing human resources; (2) oversight of HR functions in all operational areas of the bank, including employees, vendors, and regulatory agencies in accordance with policies and procedures of the bank; (3) creating control within the bank which measures, focuses and rewards employee performance toward achievement of bank goals and objectives; and (4) assessing the training needs, implementing training programs, and measuring training effectiveness in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations set forth by appropriate regulatory agencies. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field with 3 or more years of relevant human resource management experience is required. Human resource experience in banking is preferred.

Universal Banker

Although we currently have no open positions for Universal Banker, First National Bank of Crossett maintains a Universal Banker talent pool and encourages qualified applicants to apply for the Universal Banker position. A Universal Banker is responsible for providing outstanding service while processing customer transactions, assessing financial needs, and promoting the bank’s products and services. Our ideal candidate will possess prior banking or other cash handling experience, strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. This position will work approximately 40 hours per week including occasional Saturday morning rotation. Applications are kept on file for 60 days.
