First National Bank of Crossett’s
Online Banking and Billpay products!

ENHANCEMENTS AND NEW FEATURES

Beginning July 28, 2008, you will experience a number of enhancements and new features, including:

• Log-in access directly from the www.fnbcrossett.com home page (and a new "Forgot Your Password?" feature) .
• Only one sign-in to access both internet banking and billpay
• The ability to view and transfer funds to and from external accounts -- even accounts with other financial institutions
• View your other Internet-enabled financial accounts
• Convenient e-mail alerts and reminders
• A more user-friendly design
• Lots more!

These upgrades are the result of feedback from our Online Banking users, and we're already working behind the scenes to make the transition as seamless as possible. Please take careful note of the following Online Banking and Bill Pay changes that may affect you as we update these services.

ONLINE BANKING CHANGES

In order to install this upgrade, Online Banking will be unavailable beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Friday July 25, 2008 until Monday July 28, 2008.

• Starting Monday, July 28, 2008, if you have bookmarked the Online Banking log-in page, you will be redirected to the www.fnbcrossett.com home page where you will be able to log in using your current User ID and a new temporary Password. Passmark identification will no longer be required.

• After the upgrade, up to 24 months of transaction history will accumulate. If you would like to retain previous months, we recommend that you download or print your history sometime before Friday, July 25, 2008. (As always, you will still be able to contact our Bookkeeping and Customer Service Departments to obtain account information that is not available online.)

ONLINE BILL PAY CHANGES

• Starting Friday, July 25, 2008 at 4:00 p.m., you will temporarily have no access to your Bill Pay account until the enhanced service is reactivated on Monday, July 28, 2008.

• Payments scheduled for Friday, July 25, 2008 or any later date will be lost and not be paid. When the new service is activated on Monday, July 28, 2008 your saved payees will remain in your account, but scheduled or recurring payments will need to be re-entered

• Your existing Bill Pay history will not be saved. After July 25, 2008 your history will start over and will accumulate from that point on. If you would like to keep a record of your past online bill payments, prior to July 25, 2008 you will need to download or print your history.

If you have any immediate questions, please feel free to call Tina Dunn, Electronic Banking Services Manager, at 870-364-1331 or e-mail us at ebanking@fnbcrossett.com.
